The Shinex Way strategy sets the roadmap for the Global Corporate Clients strategy. Our legacy cleaning business represents less
than 50% of our global operations and we are moving towards a fully balanced suite of facility services. We optimise value for our
customers by controlling standards, eliminating waste and driving best practices across accounts.
The strategic direction towards 2016 is to continue to drive Integrated Facility Services (IFS) competencies through local
implementation of global contracts. This will enable the Shinex Group to keep transforming and growing the IFS self-delivery
model on local, regional and global levels.
Global Corporate Clients impact the Shinex business in three key areas:
